Dr Joe and his staff are outstanding. I've never seen such a talented, hard working and empathetic endodontist. He explains what he's doing, is careful to cause no pain, and even makes himself available if needed after hours. He really makes it a painless process and does an excellent job. The billing is transparent and the staff is genuinly friendly and well trained. Exceptional practice!

Dr McMurray has done a fantastic job in taking care of my root canal, there were couple of folks who couldn’t get to it. He took care of it with precision. Throughout the procedure he was explaining each and every step. His recovery tasks are very helpful and can’t thank enough for a courtesy call from him after the procedure. With Dr McMurray, YOU are in safe hands.

I cannot recommend Dr. Keith highly enough. My daughter recently had to undergo her first root canal, and as any parent can imagine, there was a fair amount of anxiety involved. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Keith was exceptional. He took the time to walk her through every step of the procedure, explaining the process in a way that was easy to understand and incredibly reassuring. His calm demeanor and patient approach completely eased her nerves and made her feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. If you are looking for a practitioner who combines high-level clinical expertise with a truly compassionate bedside manner, Dr. Keith is the best choice. We are so grateful for the excellent care she received!

I had a root canal done as a sort of correction to the one another dentist did some years ago. Dr. Keith was very knowledgeable and took great care in completing the task. I didn't feel a thing. He warned me about the upcoming pain before I left, and he was not wrong. Dr. Keith was in contact with me ALL weekend to see if I was okay and to prescribe further meds to make me more comfortable. Never in all my years of experience with dentists have I encountered one as caring as Dr. Keith. He is phenomenal! Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and provided great customer service. I would recommend Charlotte Endodontics and Dr. Keith.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Endodontic Care I had an exceptional experience with Charlotte Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr Keith took the time to explain every step of the procedure in a calm, reassuring way, which really helped ease my nerves. The treatment itself was incredibly smooth—far better than I expected. Their precision, gentle technique, and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire visit. I appreciated how Dr Keith himself checked in with me the next day to make sure I was comfortable and pain‑free. The office is clean, modern, and well‑organized, and the staff is both professional and genuinely kind. It’s clear they take pride in providing top‑tier patient care. Mariya was amazing. If you’re looking for an endodontist who combines expertise with compassion, I highly recommend this practice. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. My root canal treatment was a breeze.
